As runners for runners, we at LaufPro Store are committed to delivering your running gear as quickly and efficiently as possible so you can focus on your training.

Shipping Methods & Times

  • Standard Shipping (€12.95):
    • Carriers: DHL or FedEx
    • Order processing: 1-2 business days
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over €50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Order processing: 1-2 business days
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

We ship worldwide, excluding certain Asian and remote regions. International orders may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging should be preserved when possible
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective
  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of medical products („Medizinische Produkte“) and running underwear („Laufunterwäsche“)

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email your return request to [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Items you wish to return
    • Reason for return
  2. Receive Instructions: You’ll get return instructions and address within 2 business days
  3. Prepare Package: Securely pack items in original packaging with all tags
    • Include the return slip if provided
    • If no slip, include a copy of your order confirmation
  4. Ship Package: Send via your preferred carrier
    • Keep the tracking number for your records
    • For international returns outside EU: Mark as „Return“ with value „0“ or „Commercial Sample“ and include original invoice copy
  5. Receive Credit: Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a refund or replacement

Exchange Process

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow steps 1-4 of the return process
  2. Clearly state in your email which item you’d like instead
  3. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference after receiving our invoice
  4. If the new item costs less, you’ll receive a refund for the difference

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Method: Refunded to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs only refunded for defective items

Defective or Damaged Items

For faulty or damaged items, we cover return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue.
